Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to a new school year! All of us at Creative Center would like to make this a successful year for your child. Your active support and cooperation, combined with our best professional efforts, will ensure success for all our students. I am proud of our staff, and I feel fortunate to work with such dedicated, talented teachers.
We invite you to become involved in the center, and encourage you to visit. The home-school partnership is strengthened by your involvement, and there is a spirit of cooperation and progress at our school that we would like to share with you.
There will be many school activities throughout the year that will give you the opportunity to become involved in your child's education. We encourage you to make these activities a part of your schedule. We realize that not all parents or guardians can attend school functions, but we encourage you to demonstrate to your children that you're interested in their schoolwork by setting aside a few minutes each day to:
* listen while your child describes school day activities
* read to your child
* listen while your child reads to you
* help with homework
* limit the viewing of television
